Worlds is the biggest event in esports: the annual League of Legends World Championship, organised by Riot Games. The 2026 edition runs from 15 October to 14 November across three US cities — Los Angeles, Allen (Texas) and New York — with the final at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
T1, led by the legendary Faker, are the three-time defending champions. Nineteen teams from regions across the globe compete, and Worlds draws enormous online betting interest, from outright winner to individual best-of-five series.

Esports betting has grown rapidly, and Worlds is its showpiece. Outright markets centre on the strongest regions — historically Korea's LCK and China's LPL — with T1 a perennial favourite. Each-way and region-of-winner markets offer alternatives to backing a single team.
Series betting on individual best-of-five matches is the core in-tournament market, alongside correct-score (in games) and map-specific props. Form, patch changes and roster strength all feed into prices, and the meta can shift the balance between teams quickly.
Esports markets move fast and reward genuine knowledge of the teams and the current game state. If you don't follow competitive League closely, treat any bet as a small, fun flutter and keep within a set budget.
