The short version

We don't ask you to create an account, we don't collect your name or contact details, and we don't sell data. The data processing on this site comes from three things: analytics that help us understand how the site is used, affiliate links that attribute commission when you click through to a partner, and small browser-storage items that remember your preferences.

Analytics

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are read, how people arrive, and aggregate information about devices and locations. This involves cookies and similar technologies set by Google. We use this data only in aggregate to improve the site; we do not use it to identify individuals. You can learn how Google processes data at policies.google.com/privacy and opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Affiliate links (Skimlinks)

Some links on this site are affiliate links managed by Skimlinks. When you click one, tracking parameters and cookies may be used to attribute any resulting commission to us. Skimlinks explains its processing, and offers an opt-out, in its own privacy policy at skimlinks.com/privacy-policies. Affiliate tracking never affects the price you pay.

Browser storage we set directly

The site itself stores two small, non-identifying items in your browser: your dark/light theme preference (kept until you clear it) and a per-event note that you dismissed the odds bar (kept only for your current browsing session). Neither contains personal data and neither is shared with anyone.

Server logs and security

Our hosting and content-delivery providers (Render and Cloudflare) process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs as a normal part of serving and securing the site, including protection against attacks. This data is retained briefly and used only for operating and securing the service.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you have rights over personal data concerning you, including rights of access, correction and erasure, and the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Because we don't hold accounts or contact details, most data relating to you sits with the providers above, whose policies include their own rights processes.

Children

This site is intended only for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.

Changes and contact

We'll update this page when our practices change, with the date shown at the top. Questions about this policy can be sent to FYBO LLP via the contact details on our about page.
