The Masters is the third leg of snooker's Triple Crown and the most glamorous: an invitational tournament for the world's top 16 players, held at Alexandra Palace in London. The 2027 edition runs from 10 to 17 January.
Kyren Wilson is the defending champion. As a non-ranking, invitation-only event with no qualifiers, every match is between elite players, which makes for high-quality snooker and tight betting markets throughout the week.

Because the Masters features only the top 16, there are no easy matches and outright markets are tightly packed. Backing a winner means navigating a field where every player can beat any other on the day, so each-way value and in-running betting both come into their own.
Match and frame-handicap betting are the core markets. With elite players throughout, correct-score markets are harder to call than at ranking events with weaker qualifiers, so many bettors focus on match winners and break markets.
The single-day best-of-19 final is one of snooker's showpiece occasions. Set your budget for the week and remember that in a field this strong, upsets are the norm rather than the exception.
